Meetings

Thank you for considering Garey House for your corporate meeting!  We have many versatile indoor and outdoor spaces for as few as 5-10 guests and up to 125.
Our individual room rentals are offered Monday-Thursday only and have a 4-hour minimum.

• • • Meeting Room – $50 per hour
      • • Capacity of 16 seated conference style or 24-30 guests at round tables
    • The Hall + Courtyard – $200 per hour
      • • Our secondary indoor space; capacity of 50 guests seated at round tables and up to 90 theater style, with access to the outdoor Courtyard to mix and mingle

Garey House also offers full venue rentals for larger guest counts. Our indoor capacity in our largest indoor space, the Great Room, is 80 comfortably and up to 106 guests seated at round tables.  We can accommodate 125 seated at our outdoor Event Lawn or Courtyard patio.  Our secondary indoor space, the Hall, can accommodate 50 guests seated at round tables.

• • • “Mini Social” 7 hour Rental, up to 60 guests – Rates range from $1,750-$3,450 depending on the day of week and time of year
    • “Full Social” 10 hour Rental, up to 125 guests – Rates range from $2,500-$4,850 depending on the day of week and time of year

Private tours are offered by appointment only.
